At Verde Horizonte we respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, on what legal basis, and how you can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data.
1. Data controller
The party responsible for the database and for the processing of your data is:

2. Data we collect
When you fill in the contact or quote form, we collect:
- Name.
- Phone / WhatsApp number.
- Email address (optional).
- Model of interest, approximate budget and purchase timeframe (optional).
- Any message you choose to write to us.
In addition, while you browse the site we collect technical and browsing data (IP address, device and browser type, pages visited) through cookies and measurement tools. Measurement and marketing tools only run if you accept them in the cookie notice (see sections 7 and 8).
3. Purposes
We use your personal data only to:
- Contact you and follow up on your enquiry about the project.
- Send you commercial information about the models, prices and availability.
- Answer your questions and manage the relationship prior to a possible purchase.
- Measure and improve the performance of our campaigns and of this website, only if you have accepted marketing cookies.
We do not use your data for any other purpose and we do not sell it to third parties.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent, given freely, expressly and in an informed way when you tick the acceptance box and submit the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before you withdrew it.
5. Your rights
As the owner of your personal data you have the following rights:
- Access: to know what data we hold about you and how we process it.
- Rectification: to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: to ask us to delete your data when it is no longer needed or when you withdraw your consent.
- Objection: to object, in whole or in part, to the processing of your data on legitimate grounds.
How to exercise your rights:
- Contact us by WhatsApp or phone at +506 7219-0710, or by email at ventas@verdehorizontecr.com, stating your name and the right you wish to exercise.
- We will respond within five business days of receiving your request.
- If you believe your rights were not respected, you may contact us again or file a complaint with Costa Rica's data protection authority, the Agencia de Protección de Datos de los Habitantes (PRODHAB).
6. Data retention
- If you do not buy: we keep your personal data for up to 24 months from your last contact with us. After that we delete it or anonymise it. Our own follow-up messages do not extend this period; only contact from you does.
- If you buy: your data is kept for the duration of the purchase relationship and afterwards for the periods required by law (accounting, tax and contractual obligations).
- If you ask us to delete your data: we do so, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.
7. Third parties and measurement tools
We use third-party tools to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and of this site:
- Meta (Pixel and Conversions API): measures the effectiveness of our campaigns. It only runs if you accept marketing cookies. Meta receives hashed contact details and the event type (visit or request), never your form answers.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: checks that forms are not submitted by bots (anti-spam protection), without advertising tracking cookies.
- Infrastructure / hosting provider: hosts the website and the database where your data is securely stored.
These processors handle data on our behalf and under their own privacy policies. Some of them have servers outside Costa Rica, so your data may be transferred internationally for these purposes. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
8. Cookies
Measurement and marketing cookies only run if you accept them in the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time from «Cookie preferences» in the footer. If you withdraw your consent, we stop sending data to measurement tools from that moment on; data sent before is not affected.
